7-Day Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Reasons

You can request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is not functioning properly upon arrival.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for all return, replacement, and refund requests.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label.

  • Show the package being opened.

  • Clearly display the product and the issue.

Requests without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as per our refund process.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Replacements

If your request is approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A similar replacement product, or

  • A full refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and invoice.

  • The product must not be physically damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery.

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • The product has been intentionally damaged or misused.

  • Accessories or original packaging are missing.

  • The issue is caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, replacement, or refund:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number.

  3. Provide the mandatory unboxing video and clear photos of the issue.

  4. Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
